A limited number of on-site registrations can still be accepted.

On-site registration for FOM2013 will open Sunday 24 March at 12:30 at the MECC conference center (MECC Maastricht, Forum 100, Maastricht).
The attendance fees for the conference will be:
No upload of a proof of student status is required. Student badges will show student status.
- No refund for cancellation after March 4, 2013.
- For cancellations received on and before March 4, 2013, an administration fee of € 35 applies. A substitute is allowed, provided such a request is sent with the particulars of the subsitutete to email@example.com before March 15, 2013.
Participation in FOM2013 requires (during the online registration) the acceptance of the following waiver of liability conditions.
Waiver of Liability:
In the event of industrial disruptions or natural disasters, Focus on Microscopy, AMC/UvA/AZM/MECC and supporting organizations cannot accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by the participants of Focus on Microscopy. AMC/UvA/AZM/MECC take no responsibility for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during or related to the FOM2013 conference in Maastricht, the Netherlands. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of FOM2013 is the individual delegate's responsibility. Delegates are encouraged to choose a travel insurance policy that includes loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in FOM2013, or through the cancellation of the FOM2013 itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Focus on Microscopy, AMC/UvA/AZM/MECC and supporting organizations will take no responsibility for any participant failing to insure.
Sint Servaas bridge build between 1280 and 1298, somewhat to the north of an older wooden Roman bridge. Originally build in AD 50, this bridge collapsed in the year 1275 from the weight of a large procession, killing 400 people. The Latin phrase for "crossing of the Meuse (Maas)", "mosae trajectum", became the name of the city.
