FOM 2021 online conference registration

The online registration for the upcoming FOM2021 conference is open and stays open until Thursday, March 25, 2021. FOM2021 online will be held on a secured platform, only to be entered with an unique personal login code. Your personal code will be e-mailed after March 19, provided your full payment is received.

The attendance fee for FOM2021 is in Euros:

The registration fee includes:

• Admission to all Conference Sessions, including tutorials
• On demand access for 2 months after FOM2021 online to recorded sessions.
• Downloadable digital Programme & Abstract Book
  

Registration acknowledgement
Online registration acknowledgments will be sent by automated email. A final confirmation email with details will be sent the week before the start of the FOM2021 online conference.

Cancellation policy

1. Cancellation until and including March 18, 2021: full refund minus 35 euro handling fee.
2. Cancellation after March 19, 2021: no refund

Cancellation requests should be submitted by email to the FOM2021 Registration office: fom@amsterdamumc.nl
Please note: if your payment is not in our possession by 19 March 2021 you will not receive the
abstract book nor the login link for the event.

FOM2021 Conference liability limitation

In the event of an industrial disruption or natural disaster, Focus on Microscopy, the Organizing committee, management and service providers and supporting organizations do not accept responsibility for any financial or other losses incurred by Exhibitor companies, personnel and conference delegates, - further indicated as participants -, neither for injury or damage to persons or property occurring during or related to the FOM2021 online conference. All insurance, including medical cover, or expenses incurred in the event of the cancellation of FOM2021 are the responsibility of the participant.
